1/丁腈橡胶NBR材料做成的O型圈,其气密性好,有非常优异的耐油性和耐磨性,密水性优,回弹性好,使用温度可达-40~120,如低温常期40度以下,我司相关技术人员也可按贵司要求特别调制胶料,并能达到你们常期使用最低温度要求 。可以说丁腈橡胶O型圈是用途最为广泛的产品,通常也称作NBR O型圈。
2/氟橡胶(FKM或VITON)制做的O型密封圈,也是用途最为广泛的密封产品之一。由于氟胶O型圈具有各种优异的性能,而被广泛用于石油、化工、航空、航天等部门。氟胶O型圈具有耐高温性,可在-40℃~240℃环境中使用。氟胶O型圈耐强氧化剂、耐油、耐酸碱,并且氟胶O型圈可以再高真空及高空环境中使用,也适宜于油类环境。氟胶O型圈通常也叫做FKM O型圈。O
3/硅橡胶制做的O型圈,有范围非常广泛的耐低温和耐高温性能(-60~250℃),硅胶O型圈被广泛地应用于食品、家电、灯饰、医疗器械等相关行业的密封,硅胶O型圈简称SIL O型圈。
4/三元乙丙胶EPDMO型圈,具有良好的耐臭氧性、耐热性和耐化学性,并且三元乙丙O型圈也具有良好的电绝缘性能和耐热水性能。 |
